GENOMIC RESOURCES . Through collaborative work with David Thybert, Thomas Keane and a host of other investigators and scientists, Ensembl has released a chromosome-level assembly and annotation of the Acomys dimidiatus genome. A genome paper is currently being prepared. Additional Acomys assemblies: GoaT.

HUSBANDRY.  For those considering starting a research colony, a good place to start is a husbandry paper we published in the Journal of the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (JAALAS). You can find a pdf of this paper on our publications page.
